The opportunity

We are searching for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Banking and Payments initiatives. In this role, you will be the architect behind our Payments and Ledger solutions, ensuring that our FinTech partners can seamlessly integrate new payment rails and banking capabilities like rewards, interest, and statements. You will sit at the intersection of product strategy and execution, working to drive revenue, improve operational efficiency, and mitigate risk. This is a high-impact position where your work will directly shape the growth of our platform and the success of the companies that rely on us.

A day in the life

• You will define the vision and roadmap for our product features, translating complex requirements into actionable user stories for our development team.
• You will partner with our data analytics and science teams to make evidence-based decisions, ensuring every new feature is backed by solid market insights and user feedback.
• You will engage directly with our FinTech and bank partners to oversee successful product adoption, ensuring that our deployments meet both regulatory standards and customer needs.

Who you are

You are a user-obsessed professional with at least 5 years of experience in product management, specifically within the banking and payments sector. You have a deep understanding of ledger capabilities, payment rails, and the regulatory landscape that governs financial services. You excel at breaking down intricate problems into manageable pieces, and you are comfortable communicating technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders. You thrive in fast-paced environments and possess the collaborative spirit needed to work alongside designers, engineers, and leadership to bring products to life. Fluency in English is required, and you must be authorized to work in the US or Canada.
