The opportunity

We are looking for a collaborative Product Manager, Applications to join our Application Architecture team. This role is central to our mission, as you will focus on the front-end experiences and the developer experience that power our platform. Reporting to our Director of Product Management, you will work within a 20-person product team alongside designers and operations experts to ensure we continue delivering a best-in-industry solution for our users.

A day in the life

• You will translate business needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria, ensuring our technical teams have the guidance they need to deliver high-quality results.
• You will manage the daily backlog for engineering teams, prioritizing tickets and planning work to hit key milestones while tracking progress against project goals.
• You will analyze both qualitative and quantitative usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and lead quality assurance efforts to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

Who you are

You are a motivated professional with at least 2 years of experience in product management or related fields like UX research, product operations, or data analytics. You thrive in environments where you can bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and user needs. You have a strong attention to detail and are comfortable working in a distributed team setting. Specifically, you bring:

• Proficiency in product development tools such as JIRA, Shortcut, or Linear.
• Experience navigating product analytics platforms like Heap or Pendo.
• A working familiarity with SQL queries for exploratory data analysis.
• Experience performing quality assurance testing to catch issues before they reach production.
• The ability to distill complex data-rich platform needs into actionable product strategies.
