Product Manager - AI & Intelligent Automation at Keyrock

What is this role?

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to focus on AI and Intelligent Automation. This is a full-time, remote position designed for an experienced professional who can bridge the gap between complex technical systems and business strategy. You will be instrumental in integrating AI into our core operations, helping us refine how we use technology to enhance human decision-making and overall productivity.

What will you do?

• Define and execute a clear product vision and roadmap for AI and automation initiatives that align with our broader business goals.
• Drive the practical application of LLMs, Multi-Agent Coordination, and other advanced tools by working closely with our engineering teams to build scalable, high-impact solutions.
• Collaborate across our commercial, trading, and research departments to ensure our product developments meet the needs of all stakeholders while maintaining high standards for data governance and performance.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in product management and a deep interest in the evolving AI landscape. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualities:

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, specifically with a track record of scaling complex technology products.
• Proven expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, with a focus on LLMs and automation paradigms.
• Technical proficiency in data engineering and software architecture, allowing you to engage deeply with engineering teams.
• Experience working with time series data and financial contexts, such as trading or fintech, is highly valued.
• The ability to communicate effectively across different teams, acting as a trilingual bridge between business, trading, and engineering groups.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to building efficient, scalable systems.
