Product and Experience  

We seek senior product and experience experts who can connect strategy to execution and turn complexity into clarity for both teams and users.

Product Manager 

• You have hands-on experience owning and prioritizing a product backlog aligned with business and customer goals. 

• You have worked closely with engineering and design teams to translate product vision into clear initiatives, user stories, and deliverable releases. 

• You are comfortable driving product discovery, making trade-offs, and guiding execution in an agile environment. 

• You have experience working with SaaS products, stakeholder management across sales, marketing, and customer success, and tools such as Jira or Confluence. 

UX and UI Designer 

• You have experience conducting user research and translating insights into user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs. 

• You have worked closely with product managers and developers to design and iterate on complex product workflows. 

• You are proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or similar and understand design systems and accessibility principles. 

• You are experienced with usability testing, data-informed design decisions, and motion or micro-interactions is a plus. 

How we work 

We are an international team with our headquarters in Belgium. English is our main working language, and we value diverse perspectives and backgrounds. 

We offer flexible work arrangements with remote possibilities, while expecting regular presence at our Belgian HQ. Candidates should be based in the EU time zone, CET plus or minus two hours. 

We move fast, but thoughtfully. We value ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning, and we aim to grow our people alongside our product and company. 

Salary and overall package are competitive and discussed transparently during the screening call.
