The role

We are issuing an open call for Senior Product Management talent to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in Belgium, designed for experts who can bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution. Whether you are focused on product management or design, we need people who can turn complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions for our users.

Core responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the product backlog by prioritizing initiatives that align with both our business objectives and the needs of our customers.
• Collaborate daily with engineering and design teams to translate our overarching product vision into clear user stories and successful releases.
• Lead product discovery efforts within an agile environment, making necessary trade-offs while guiding the team toward high-impact delivery.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong background in SaaS products and a proven ability to manage stakeholders across various departments like sales, marketing, and customer success. We value proficiency in industry-standard tools, including Jira and Confluence for project management, as well as Figma for creating wireframes and prototypes. You should be comfortable conducting user research to inform your decisions and possess the ability to communicate fluently in English, which serves as our primary working language.
