We are currently looking for a Product Leader to join our team in Germany, where you will play a central role in shaping the future of our technology and helping us serve housing facilities across the globe.

A day in the life

• You will manage the product backlog by balancing business value against effort, ensuring that epics, user stories, and technical debt are prioritized effectively.
• You will lead the delivery of new features by keeping the team aligned during ceremonies like sprint planning and backlog refinement while proactively managing potential risks.
• You will act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, communicating release updates and supporting customer-facing teams with product inquiries.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in product leadership, ideally within a B2B SaaS or technical product environment. You are comfortable working with agile methodologies and have a strong background in conducting user research to inform your decisions. You possess the technical literacy to evaluate API changes and create clear documentation, and you are a proactive communicator who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in English is essential for this role, and we value candidates who are passionate about building scalable solutions for the hospitality sector.
