What you bring
We are seeking a Lead-level Product Leader to join us full time in a remote capacity. In this role you will create and scale new consumer products that serve our global network, working closely with co-founders and cross-functional teams to turn research and data into experiences that deepen engagement with our brand. You will operate at both strategic and tactical levels, guiding long-term ideas from concept through execution while helping ClassDojo grow to its next order of magnitude. Three core responsibilities include achieving product-market fit with new consumer offerings, monetizing products through subscriptions or marketplaces, and conducting qualitative user research to shape direction. This position is open to candidates located anywhere.
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings at least four years of product management experience along with a track record of launching consumer products that reach product-market fit. You have operated with founder-level accountability, possess strong product intuition and taste, and are comfortable working in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments. You demonstrate clear and concise written and spoken communication in English, enjoy speaking directly with customers, and combine qualitative insight with quantitative evaluation skills. A background in education or large-scale consumer internet companies is valued, as is the ability to move quickly and instigate progress without waiting for perfect conditions.
What we offer
We provide a competitive salary range of $231,000 to $306,000 USD depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include the flexibility of remote work with meaningful overlap in Americas time zones.
