By sourcing directly from the finest labs across the globe, we provide our members with exceptional products at a fraction of the cost. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Product Lead to join our team in the United Kingdom on a full-time, hybrid basis to help us evolve into a truly product-led organization.
What you'll be doing
- You will own the product direction, roadmap, and delivery for our Member Engagement and Retention initiatives, ensuring our members discover the full value of our offerings while driving conversion.
- You will lead, mentor, and upskill a wider product team, guiding engineers and designers through the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- You will establish and roll out scalable product processes, using data, research, and experimentation to inform strategy and maximize business impact.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in product management, specifically within consumer-focused technology or e-commerce environments. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:
- Extensive experience in a leadership role within a product-led organization.
- Strong data fluency, critical thinking, and analytical skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-performing products that drive measurable business results.
- Direct management experience, including the ability to guide and develop team members.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite and founders.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience leading data and machine learning products, or a background in membership-based businesses, is considered a significant plus.
