The opportunity

We are seeking a Product Lead to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a rare opportunity to help define our product roadmap and build out the product development function from the ground up. You will work side-by-side with our founding team and C-suite, taking full ownership of our product vision. Whether you are iterating on new feature prototypes or ensuring the commercial success of our platform, your work will be central to our mission of protecting enterprises from novel risks like information security failures and complex product liability issues.

A day in the life

• You will lead the entire product lifecycle, from designing low-level frameworks and engineering specifications to managing UX/UI and analyzing post-launch performance.
• You will collaborate closely with our world-class engineering team to explore the application of machine learning in building our risk management platform.
• You will engage directly with customers to conduct user research, gather feedback on beta launches, and work with our go-to-market team to develop effective product marketing collateral.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in product development at a B2B SaaS, insurtech, or fintech company. You possess a deep understanding of the software engineering lifecycle and have a proven track record of successful product launches. We value candidates who can reason from first principles and maintain a sharp focus on priority deliverables. Your background includes:

• Experience spearheading B2B SaaS products for emerging categories.
• Strong familiarity with compliance automation, commercial insurance, or regulated industry products.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to act as a subject matter expert in GRC and security.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in an arts or science field.
• Fluency in English.
