We are looking for a Senior Product Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. At eyeo, we are dedicated to making the internet a more sustainable and user-centric space. Our ad-filtering technology, which powers well-known products like Adblock Plus and AdBlock, reaches 350 million monthly active users. We operate as a global, remote-first company with over 300 employees across 30 countries, and we are now seeking a strategic leader to help us build an entirely new business unit focused on the buy-side of the advertising ecosystem. This is a remote role available to candidates located anywhere.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for our new buy-side business unit while ensuring alignment across engineering and marketing teams.
- Translate market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback into actionable product specifications and prioritized roadmaps.
- Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate product success and identify new opportunities for growth and optimization within the digital advertising landscape.
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in product management with a proven history of successfully scaling products.
- Deep expertise in programmatic advertising, specifically on the buy-side, along with a solid understanding of web technologies.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and mentor other product managers.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse teams.
