Product Lead at Packmatic

We are currently experiencing rapid growth, having recently secured 15 million in Series A funding, and we receive dozens of inquiries from clients every week. We are looking for a dedicated Product Lead to join our international startup environment in Berlin, where you will work directly with our co-founders to shape the future of our platform and modernize a massive B2B sector.

What you'll be doing

• Take a central leadership role within our product team, collaborating closely with our CPO and CTO to define the strategic direction and management of our software offerings.
• Translate complex customer requirements into actionable designs and clear tasks for our software engineers, ensuring a perfect balance between functionality and user experience.
• Maintain high quality standards across our product suite while continuously identifying opportunities to improve our internal workflows and development processes.

What you'll bring

• At least 5 years of experience in digital product development, ideally within a product-focused organization.
• Native-level proficiency in German and fluency in English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and internal team.
• A proven track record of designing end-to-end product experiences for web applications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, allowing you to explain your ideas and decisions clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
• A detail-oriented mindset paired with the ability to keep the broader company vision in focus.
• Experience in complex B2B environments is considered a significant advantage.
