Role at a glance
We are searching for a Senior Product Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fully remote position, meaning you can contribute to our mission from anywhere. You will be at the center of our product strategy, working with a high-impact team to build solutions that matter.
Your impact
- Translate complex payment connectivity specifications into clear, actionable requirements for our engineering team.
- Own the product lifecycle by prioritizing features and writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria within a Scrum framework.
- Bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and user needs by leveraging your deep knowledge of payment behaviors and regional transaction methods.
What you'll need
Success in this role requires a blend of technical fluency and product intuition. You should be comfortable with the following:
- More than three years of experience specifically focused on payment integrations.
- A deep understanding of the Latin American payment landscape, including credit cards, bank-based transfers, and Pix.
- Technical literacy that allows you to work effectively with JSON and Webhooks.
- Proficiency in using Jira and Google Sheets to manage workflows and data.
- Strong command of the English language to collaborate with our diverse, multicultural team.
- A solid grasp of payment lifecycles, such as authorizations, captures, voids, refunds, and 3DS protocols.
