Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Product Lead to join us in a full-time capacity. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere. You will own our foundational financial and credit data products, ensuring that the information our customers rely on is accurate, consistent, and actionable.
Your impact
- Own foundational data products: You will manage the core credit and financial data layers that serve as the engine for all Nav solutions.
- Drive cross-functional strategy: You will partner with engineering, design, finance, and marketing teams to define the product vision, prioritize features, and ensure our offerings meet business goals.
- Champion the customer: By collaborating with user research and customer care teams, you will translate deep customer insights into innovative features that solve real-world problems for small business owners.
What you'll need
- Deep expertise in fintech, including a strong grasp of credit bureaus, payments, lending, and neobanking.
- Proven experience in product management with a track record of building and scaling high-growth, consumer-centric platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with data analysis, A/B testing, and user research to inform product decisions.
- Excellent collaboration and storytelling abilities to align diverse teams around a shared vision and strategy.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on regulatory compliance and delivering measurable business value.
- Fluency in English.
Perks and compensation
The base salary for this role is targeted between $150,000 and $200,000 per year, with the final offer determined by your specific proficiencies.
