The opportunity
We are searching for a Product Lead, Growth to join our team in a hybrid capacity based out of our Santa Monica, CA hub. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our user and revenue growth strategies across the entire customer journey. Your goal is to build frictionless experiences that turn new users into loyal, long-term customers. You will sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and engineering, leading a roadmap that balances bold experimentation with impactful product improvements to maximize the value our merchants receive from our platform.
A day in the life
- You will define and own the product growth strategy, focusing on key metrics like user acquisition, conversion, retention, and feature adoption.
- You will dive deep into data to identify opportunities across the user funnel, using your expertise in SQL and analytics tools to build dashboards and track performance.
- You will design and execute A/B tests to optimize onboarding flows and in-product messaging, iterating quickly based on the insights you uncover.
Who you are
You are a seasoned leader with a passion for growth and a sharp analytical mind. You thrive in fast-paced SaaS environments and have a proven track record of moving the needle on critical business metrics. You possess the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of product management experience, with 3 or more of those years specifically focused on growth.
- Expertise in data analytics, including proficiency in SQL and tools such as Looker, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across technical, design, and marketing teams.
- A relentless drive to test, iterate, and deliver high-impact product experiences.
- Fluency in English.
