What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Product Lead for LLMs to join us on a full-time basis at our offices in the United Kingdom or the United States. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of our language model integrations, ensuring our technology remains at the forefront of the industry. Your day-to-day work will focus on these core responsibilities:

• Directing the entire lifecycle of language model features, from the initial spark of an idea through to final deployment.
• Partnering with our engineering and data science teams to build seamless, high-performance integrations.
• Defining the metrics and KPIs necessary to measure the success and return on investment for our language model initiatives.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have at least five years of experience in product management with a specific focus on machine learning and natural language processing. We value candidates who possess a deep technical understanding of LLM frameworks and are comfortable working with Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Beyond your technical expertise, you should be an excellent communicator with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex projects. A strong aptitude for problem-solving and a commitment to staying updated on the latest advancements in the field are essential for this role. You must be fluent in English to collaborate effectively across our global teams.

What we offer
