Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Product Lead to take ownership of our Ceramic product line. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates anywhere in the world. You will work closely with our founder and engineering leads to define the strategy and execution for our verifiable event streaming system.

Your impact

• Own the full product lifecycle for Ceramic, from long-term strategic planning to day-to-day execution and go-to-market efforts.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to ensure our network scales to meet the demands of high-growth sectors like AI, media, and gaming.
• Act as a bridge between our community and our technical teams, conducting deep discovery to translate complex market needs into clear, actionable requirements.

What you'll need

• At least 6 years of product management experience, specifically with complex technical products.
• Deep technical fluency in distributed systems, event streaming, or peer-to-peer protocols.
• A strong grasp of Web3 architectures, technologies, and community culture.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build clarity and alignment in a fast-moving, remote environment.
• A customer-centric mindset and the ability to turn research and data into high-conviction product strategies.
• Fluency in English.
