What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Product Lead to join our Business Banking team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. This is a leadership position for someone who is ready to jump into execution and help us define the strategy for new client segments. You will be responsible for designing a seamless experience by building a modern front end on top of our proprietary core banking system.
What will you do?
- Take full ownership of the long-term vision and short-term execution for our Business Banking product suite.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify target segments, establish clear requirements, and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Partner with our data team to track performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in Product Management with at least five years of experience. We are looking for someone who understands the complexities of the financial services industry, including regulatory requirements and operational risks. You should be a data-driven problem solver who can influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in English is required, along with a proven ability to lead teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
