Role at a glance

We are looking for an experienced Product Lead to join our team in Singapore. This is a full-time, on-site executive position focused on our Bancassurance vertical. You will play a pivotal role in driving our life insurance strategy while working in a dynamic environment that values innovation and agility.

Your impact

• Take ownership of the life insurance P&L and OKRs, ensuring our product strategy drives sustainable growth and profitability.
• Manage our key bancassurance partnerships to create mutually beneficial outcomes and meet ambitious sales targets.
• Define end-to-end customer journeys and translate complex requirements into clear user stories for our cross-functional agile teams.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a digital native with a strategic mindset and a passion for technology. We value candidates who can navigate ambiguity and collaborate effectively across diverse departments.

• Approximately 15 years of experience in bancassurance or life insurance product management, with a track record of leading business units to success.
• At least 5 years of product ownership experience, ideally within the life insurance sector.
• Deep expertise in life insurance products, underwriting, claims, and the relevant regulatory landscape.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence.
• A bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field, with relevant insurance certifications being a distinct advantage.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Fluency in English.
