Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Product Launch Specialist to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in Canada. In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our product launches, bridging the gap between strategic planning and real-world market adoption.
Your impact
- Orchestrate go-to-market strategy: You will lead the entire launch process, coordinating across sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure every rollout is seamless and hits the mark.
- Drive product adoption: You will design and execute comprehensive onboarding and adoption initiatives, ensuring our customers are fully equipped to succeed with our latest tools.
- Optimize business processes: You will analyze post-launch performance, identify areas for improvement, and establish best practices to make our future launches even more effective.
What you'll need
- A proven track record of managing products through their entire lifecycle, from initial concept to successful market entry.
- Strong strategic thinking and an analytical mindset, with the ability to pivot strategies based on market feedback.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, allowing you to influence diverse, cross-functional teams and present clearly to stakeholders.
- Experience thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments where you can manage multiple high-priority launches at once.
- Fluency in English.
