What is this role?

We are seeking a Product Intern to join us for a full-time, on-site position in India. This role is designed for a student currently pursuing an MBA with a graduation date in 2023 or 2024. We are looking for immediate joiners who can commit to a 6-month internship. If you are eager to learn how a product is built from the ground up and want to contribute to a fast-paced startup environment, this is the perfect place for you.

What will you do?

• You will dive deep into customer challenges to understand their needs, translating those insights into clear user requirements and detailed product specifications.
• You will conduct exploratory data analysis on large datasets to test hypotheses and help drive smarter product and process decisions.
• You will collaborate with our Product Lead and cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales, to create documentation, build sales enablement content, and turn product knowledge into actionable business insights.

• Strong analytical skills and a process-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with SQL and Product Analytics.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• A background or coursework in marketing, with a preference for candidates who have experience in content writing or content marketing.
• An appreciation for how your daily tasks directly impact our customers and the overall success of the business.

While not required, previous experience working in an early-stage startup is considered a significant plus.
