As the official VR partner of the PGA Tour, with backing from icons like Rory McIlroy and Steph Curry, we are growing rapidly and looking for someone to help shape the future of virtual sports.

What you bring

We are looking for a Mid-Level Product Insights Analyst to join our team on a Full Time, remote basis. You will work closely with our product and business teams to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies. Your work will be central to how we evolve our game, and you will be expected to immerse yourself in our product to truly understand the player experience. This role is open to candidates located anywhere.

• Perform deep dive investigations to uncover trends in user behavior, feature engagement, and purchasing patterns.
• Create clear, compelling visualizations and reports to communicate your findings to key stakeholders.
• Manage ad hoc data requests while maintaining recurring reports on core KPIs and market performance.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in data analytics, specifically within product and user experience contexts. You must be highly proficient in SQL, Python, and modern BI tools like Amplitude, Looker, PowerBI, or Mixpanel. We are looking for a proactive storyteller who can turn data into a narrative that drives action. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities shift quickly, and you should possess a natural curiosity that drives you to get to the bottom of complex questions. Fluency in English is required for this position.
