The role

We are looking for a Product Implementation Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position based on-site in the Netherlands. In this role, you will act as the vital link between our clients, our internal team, and our technical specialists, translating complex insurance product information into digital models that drive efficiency across the market.

Core responsibilities

• Translate complex insurance product information into structured digital product engines.
• Manage the end-to-end implementation process, from initial analysis to final delivery.
• Ensure that all product models are both accurate in content and technically sound for seamless chain integration.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in the insurance sector and a passion for digital transformation. We look for the following qualifications:

• Proven experience working with insurance products.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.
• A relevant educational background, typically at the HBO level.
• A keen interest in digitalization and chain integration within the proxy market.
• Familiarity with AFD standards is considered a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in English.
