Product Engineering Manager at Stensul

We are looking for a Senior Product Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. At Stensul, we provide the Marketing Creation Platform, which helps teams cut down the time spent on asset creation by up to 90 percent. Our platform streamlines collaboration and simplifies workflows, allowing marketers to focus on delivering high-impact campaigns. We integrate with major tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, and Marketo, and we are proud to support global brands such as BMW, Cisco, and Morgan Stanley. In this hybrid role based in Argentina, you will lead and scale high-performing engineering teams while helping us build the world's most effective collaborative content creation platform.

Responsibilities

• Grow our engineering capacity by recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top-tier talent.
• Foster a culture of psychological safety and high performance by coaching engineers and supporting their professional growth.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and go-to-market teams to ensure our technical solutions align with business goals and deliver real value to our customers.

Requirements

• You must be a resident of Argentina with the ability to visit our Buenos Aires office at least once a month.
• At least 7 years of experience in shipping high-quality software and 5 years of experience in engineering leadership.
• Strong proficiency in software design, architectural concepts, and quality assurance.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proven ability to use data analysis and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
• A collaborative mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Experience with DORA metrics, iterative development, or content creation platforms is considered a plus.
