The role

We are searching for a Senior Product Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid leadership position based in Argentina, where you will play a pivotal role in growing our high-performance engineering organization. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our collaborative content creation platform, ensuring our teams are equipped to deliver world-class solutions while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Core responsibilities

• Attract, develop, and retain exceptional engineering talent to expand our team's overall capacity and technical capabilities.
• Coach and mentor engineers to ensure they remain motivated, challenged, and successful in their professional growth.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and go-to-market teams to align our engineering efforts with business strategy and customer needs.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Over 7 years of experience shipping high-quality software and 5+ years of dedicated engineering leadership experience.
• Residency in Argentina with the ability to visit our Buenos Aires office at least once a month.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and oral.
• Strong expertise in software design concepts, system architecture, and quality assurance.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics to make informed decisions.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and lead with a transformational, talent-multiplier approach.
• Familiarity with iterative development cycles, DORA metrics, or content creation platforms is considered a plus.
