Product Engineering Manager at Stensul

The role

We are looking for a Senior Product Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Argentina, requiring you to visit our Buenos Aires office at least once a month. As a leader in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in growing our engineering department and shaping the future of our collaborative content creation platform.

Core responsibilities

• Attract, develop, and retain top-tier engineering talent to expand the capacity and capabilities of our product teams.
• Foster a culture of psychological safety, trust, and continuous improvement while coaching engineers to stay motivated and engaged.
• Partner closely with product managers, designers, and go-to-market teams to align our technical strategy with business goals and customer needs.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience shipping high-quality software, with 5 or more years spent in a leadership capacity.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• A strong background in software design, architecture, and quality assurance.
• Proven ability to use data analysis to make informed decisions and manage competing priorities under pressure.
• A customer-oriented mindset and the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships.
• Residency in Argentina with the ability to travel to our Buenos Aires office regularly.
• Experience with DORA metrics, iterative development cycles, or content creation platforms is considered a plus.
