What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Product Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our platform, working across our stack to deliver high-impact solutions in the healthcare and EdTech space. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and iterating on our advanced Learning Management System to improve student engagement and outcomes.
• Building innovative tools using generative AI to assist our graduates in their job search and career development.
• Designing internal platforms that empower our instructors and coaches to maximize their impact on student success.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have at least three years of experience in full-stack engineering. We look for candidates who are proficient in our core technologies, which include React, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, and PostgreSQL. You should be comfortable managing the entire development lifecycle and possess a relentless drive to solve complex problems. We value individuals who are mission-driven, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a track record of building meaningful projects. Fluency in English is required, and experience within a direct-to-consumer startup or the EdTech and healthcare sectors is considered a significant advantage.

What we offer

We believe in rewarding our team for their dedication and expertise. The salary range for this position is $127,000 to $238,000, depending on your specific level, experience, and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, we provide a comprehensive compensation package that includes:
