What is this role?

We are looking for a Lead Product Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates anywhere in the world. We need someone with significant experience who is comfortable working across the full stack to help us refine and expand our transaction experiences on Ethereum.

What will you do?

• Develop high-impact products by building and iterating on core orderflow tools like Flashbots Protect and MEV-Share, while also driving the creation of new features that improve the crypto transaction experience.
• Collaborate with partners by working alongside industry leaders to design and launch cutting-edge features that serve our users and the broader developer ecosystem.
• Champion product quality by maintaining high standards for documentation, testing, and API design to ensure our tools remain reliable, accessible, and user-friendly.

• Technical expertise including at least 4 years of experience building backend services and developer tools, with proficiency in Go and familiarity with Ethereum or the EVM.
• Communication skills that allow you to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external customers in an asynchronous, remote setting.
• A user-centric mindset that drives you to seek out feedback loops and translate user needs into high-impact product improvements.
• Fluency in English to ensure clear collaboration with our global team.
