About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will work alongside a product manager, a product designer, and other talented engineers to build and refine our platform. You will have the opportunity to take full ownership of new features, ensuring they deliver real business impact while maintaining a high-quality, scalable codebase. This is a unique chance to influence a product that is already live in production but still in its early, high-growth stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the entire lifecycle of new features, including design, implementation, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Actively contribute to the improvement of our internal engineering processes and development tools.
• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing by presenting your findings through internal talks or external blog posts.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should be a collaborative full-stack engineer with a proven track record of building and maintaining web products in fast-paced team environments. We value candidates who prioritize software craftsmanship and have experience applying techniques like TDD and clean code to balance speed with quality. You should be proactive in your communication with product managers and designers, ideally using Domain Driven Design to align technical solutions with business goals. Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and GraphQL is essential, as is a strong interest in functional programming. You must also be able to communicate effectively in English.

This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere.

Compensation and Benefits
