The opportunity

We are looking for a Product Drafting and Application Support specialist to join our Research and Development team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is essential to our operations, as you will serve as a bridge between our technical product databases and our project execution. You will ensure our systems remain accurate and efficient, helping us maintain the high quality our customers expect. This position is perfect for a junior professional who is eager to sharpen their skills in construction technology and software management.

A day in the life

• You will collaborate with our R&D team to build and maintain databases for Flynn products, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
• You will provide essential technical support for our specialized software, which includes training other branches on our products and coordinating with developers to resolve any system deficiencies.
• You will assist with estimating and inventory management, utilizing your technical knowledge to cross-check manufactured parts and ensure we have the materials needed to meet our project forecasts.

Who you are

You are a motivated individual with 1 to 2 years of experience in research and development, ideally within the construction sector. You possess strong communication and organizational skills, and you feel comfortable presenting technical information to your colleagues. Your technical toolkit includes:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• The ability to read and interpret complex architectural and shop drawings.
• Fluency in English.
• Bonus points if you have previous experience with Logikal software or working with windows and doors.
