We are looking for mission-driven individuals to help us continue building the tools that empower leaders to make smarter, faster, and better decisions.
The role
We are seeking a Product Director to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a leadership-level role that can be performed remotely or from our offices in Washington, DC, New York, or Chicago. You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer and play a pivotal role in defining the vision for the Morning Consult Intelligence platform. We are looking for a seasoned leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take ownership of our next phase of growth.
Core responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear product strategy that aligns with customer needs and business objectives, while holding teams accountable for delivering measurable impact.
- Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Sales, and Customer Success to prioritize initiatives, manage roadmaps, and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
- Mentor and develop a team of talented Product Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
Skills and experience
- At least 8 years of experience in SaaS product management, with a demonstrated history of success in leadership positions.
- A proven track record of driving positive business outcomes, such as revenue growth or improved retention.
- Strong experience working within agile environments alongside in-house Engineering and UX teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
- An analytical mindset with a passion for using data to inform decision-making.
- Experience working with data products, particularly survey data, is considered a significant advantage.
Compensation and benefits
The salary range for this position is $146,300 to $243,400, with a midpoint of $194,900. We typically target the midpoint for new hires to reflect full proficiency in the role. In addition to your salary, you will be eligible for equity compensation. We also offer the flexibility of remote work to support a healthy work-life balance.
How to apply
If you are passionate about data, product leadership, and building tools that make a real-world impact, we would love to hear from you. Please note that we view our qualifications as a guide rather than a strict checklist. If you are eager to learn and grow with us, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every single requirement listed above. We look forward to reviewing your application.
