The Role:
As a Product Director at Morning Consult, you'll lead a team of passionate and talented Product Managers responsible for the Morning Consult Intelligence (MCI) platform, and help define and drive the vision for our next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll partner with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales and other key stakeholders to define and prioritize problems to solve. Additional responsibilities include long-term roadmap planning, competitive analysis, defining KPIs and go-to-market strategy. Your success will ultimately be measured by your ability to drive meaningful business outcomes.
You’ll also be responsible for the professional growth and development of individual Product Managers, and help evolve our product culture and practices. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and will be empowered to take ownership, bias to action and make calculated tradeoffs. As a leader, you’ll have an opportunity to meaningfully influence our products, our organization and the overall success of Morning Consult.
Since 2017, Morning Consult has fielded over 80M surveys, building a proprietary dataset of global consumers and their attitudes towards brands, the economy and politics around the world. The expected salary range for this position is $146,300 - $243,400 with a midpoint of $194,900.
In most cases, we target the midpoint of our salary ranges for new hire compensation. This placement is reflective of full proficiency in a role.
