At YPrime, we are dedicated to supporting life-altering research within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. Our team provides specialized solutions that allow clients to collect patient data via mobile devices, manage patient assignments to treatment groups, and oversee the distribution of clinical trial supplies through our web applications. We are currently seeking an experienced IRT Product Director to join our team on-site in the United States and help define the future of our product offerings.
Key outcomes
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to establish and communicate a cohesive vision and roadmap for the IRT product line.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from internal and external stakeholders to refine product strategy and prioritize enhancements.
- Partner closely with developers and testers to execute new features while improving existing architecture, design, and user interfaces.
- Act as a product evangelist, representing our solutions at industry events and during client meetings.
- Drive product growth by conducting competitive market analyses and leveraging internal analytics to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Quality and Compliance teams to maintain robust documentation and processes.
- Support the organization by facilitating training sessions and ensuring clear communication regarding development goals, timelines, and new releases.
- Work alongside our Marketing team to develop and launch effective product campaigns.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in IRT, ideally spanning both operational and product-focused roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle.
- Proven project management expertise, specifically within an Agile environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships with diverse constituencies to align on strategic product goals.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of professional experience.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development.
- Dynamic presentation skills, including the ability to engage large audiences effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical background working directly with business analysts, developers, and quality assurance testers.
