Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Product Development Project Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This role is perfect for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key part in our product lifecycle. You will work from anywhere, provided you can maintain an overlap with US core hours to ensure seamless collaboration with our global team.
Your impact
- Own the roadmap: You will manage project timelines, set priorities for features and enhancements, and ensure our development team stays focused on high-impact initiatives.
- Facilitate success: You will lead essential Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, while ensuring all action items are tracked and completed.
- Drive coordination: You will serve as the primary bridge between our development, product, and cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is aligned on goals, blockers, and progress.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of experience in project management within a product development or software engineering environment.
- A solid grasp of the SDLC and experience working with Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
- Proficiency in ClickUp for managing tickets and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical trade-offs to stakeholders.
- The flexibility to work during specific hours to facilitate coordination with our US-based team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and removing bottlenecks.
