At Prenuvo, we are transforming the healthcare landscape by shifting the focus from reactive treatment to proactive diagnostics. Our team utilizes advanced, radiation-free whole-body MRI technology to provide life-saving clarity, and we are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team in Canada to help us build intuitive, human-centered experiences for our patients and clinicians.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to craft seamless end-to-end experiences across our digital platforms.
- Translate intricate health data and clinical workflows into simple, empathetic, and elegant user interfaces.
- Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Actively participate in user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Help evolve our design systems and maintain high visual standards across the organization.
- Deliver accessible, developer-ready design specifications that ensure quality implementation.
- Present design concepts to cross-functional teams and iterate based on constructive feedback.
Must-haves
- 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in digital product design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing scalable, thoughtful design solutions for web and mobile.
- Deep expertise in UX fundamentals, including interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and system management.
- Proven ability to contribute to and maintain design systems.
- Experience conducting user research and developing UI testing protocols.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambitious startup environment.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience working in B2C, HealthTech, or MedTech sectors.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG.
- Experience with mobile app design for iOS or Android.
- Background in navigating design within regulated industries.

The base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $100,000 CAD, depending on your experience.
