What you'll be doing
- You will identify opportunities to streamline our user experience by conducting journey mapping, wireframing, and creating prototypes.
- You will engage directly with our customers and support teams to build empathy for user needs and understand their mental models.
- You will collaborate closely with our engineering and product teams to iteratively address customer challenges and contribute to our internal design system.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong foundation in design and a desire to solve complex problems. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Between 1 and 3 years of professional experience designing web-based applications, specifically those involving complex data collection and displays.
- A portfolio that clearly demonstrates your design process and your ability to think through user problems.
- Strong communication skills, allowing you to articulate the reasoning behind your design decisions to the rest of the team.
- Fluency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma and Sketch.
- A solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is considered a significant plus.
- Professional proficiency in English.
