Role Overview:
The Consumer Product and Engineering teams are building and and refining features for our users and creators at lightening speed. We are hiring a highly capable Product Designer for our Mobile App who can help support our accelerating pace of feature development and underlying user growth. As a Product Designer at Flip, you will report to and partner with our Head of Product. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to design beautiful user interfaces and product components, playing a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of the app. We are an extremely lean team and operate on fast development cycles, meaning you will have a very tangible impact on how the app evolves and you will see this impact early and often. Your creativity and output will accelerate feature development, and significantly scale the product. This role is best suited for someone who is hungry to succeed, willing to roll up their sleeves (here at Flip, we're all individual contributors and we work hard!), and who has a passion for designing stand-out consumer experiences.
