What you bring

We are seeking a Mid-Level Product Designer to join our team on a Full Time basis at our headquarters in El Segundo, California. In this role, you will work closely with our product and engineering teams to refine our mobile app and support our rapid feature development. You will be an essential part of our lean team, where your contributions will directly influence the evolution of our platform.

• Develop high-quality user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that turn requirements into intuitive experiences.
• Utilize Figma to build and maintain scalable, reusable design systems and components.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and our brand team to ensure our visual identity is consistently represented across the mobile app.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses 3 to 6 years of experience in mobile app design, specifically within the consumer product space. You should have an expert-level command of Figma and a strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve complex problems through user-centered design. We value candidates who are excellent communicators and who thrive when working in fast-paced, collaborative environments. You must be comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and using data and user research to inform your design decisions. A keen eye for detail and the ability to translate complicated interactions into simple, elegant user experiences are essential for success in this role.
