About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team in a Full Time capacity. This is a Hybrid role where you will bridge the gap between marketing and product design. You will be responsible for creating delightful, accessible experiences that resonate with our users and help us communicate our value to patients and healthcare partners alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead user-centered design initiatives from the initial concept phase through to final execution.
- Develop high-quality marketing assets across various platforms, including web, video, email, and print, to highlight the benefits of our program.
- Design and deliver polished mobile UI components while conducting qualitative research to ensure our solutions address real user needs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of technical expertise and deep user empathy. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency with Figma for interface design and prototyping.
- A strong grasp of UX principles, typography, and accessibility standards.
- Proven experience conducting user research, such as usability testing and interviews.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with our product, engineering, and marketing teams.
Location
This position is available Anywhere, with an optional hybrid arrangement for those located in Los Angeles, California.
Compensation and Benefits
