About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to translate complex user challenges into intuitive, high-quality design solutions. We need someone who is comfortable navigating the entire design lifecycle, from initial research and prototyping to delivering polished, pixel-perfect interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop intuitive and effective design solutions that address the intricate needs of our users within the customer experience space.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform your design decisions and ensure our product goals are met with precision.
- Collaborate across design, product, and engineering teams to foster alignment, maintain design consistency, and refine existing workflows.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience in product design, including user research, prototyping, user testing, and high-fidelity UI execution.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to optimize and enhance your personal design workflow.
- Strong critical thinking skills with a focus on creating simple, elegant solutions for complex B2B or SaaS software environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to stakeholders and secure buy-in.
- A commitment to high standards and a willingness to iterate until designs reach a pixel-perfect level of quality.
