You will join Ostro as a Product Designer on a contract basis, working remotely from anywhere. Our platform connects life sciences brands with patients and healthcare professionals through personalized digital journeys that improve engagement and outcomes. What you'll be doing
- Design high-fidelity prototypes and polished visual interfaces in Figma that clearly communicate product ideas to stakeholders and developers.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, then translate findings into iterative design improvements that keep the product aligned with real user needs.
- Collaborate daily with product managers, engineers, and other team members in an agile environment to deliver consumer-facing features on schedule without sacrificing quality.
What you'll bring
- At least two years of product design experience, ideally in a fast-paced agile setting where you have shipped consumer-facing digital products.
- Strong proficiency with Figma for interface design, design-system maintenance, and interactive prototyping.
- A solid grasp of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for visual detail, and the ability to present and defend design decisions clearly in English.
- A portfolio that demonstrates your design process, high-fidelity mockups, and final shipped work.
What you'll get
We offer an hourly rate between 65 and 75 USD, depending on experience, for a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week during typical EST business hours.
