We are a company that builds and optimizes portfolio websites, working closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver thoughtful digital experiences that help our clients stand out and convert. Right now we are looking for a Product Designer who enjoys shaping interfaces that balance clarity, performance, and visual appeal.
What is this role?
This is a full-time, senior-level Product Designer position. The role operates in a hybrid work mode and is open to candidates located anywhere.
What will you do?
- Collaborate with product, SEO, and content teams to refine page layouts, improve visual hierarchy, and strengthen conversion-focused elements.
- Create wireframes and high-fidelity designs in Figma, then partner with engineering to carry those designs through development and launch while maintaining UI/UX standards.
- Plan and run A/B tests, analyze portfolio performance, and iterate on user flows to increase engagement and click-through rates.
What makes you a great fit?
You bring several years of hands-on product design experience and feel confident leading cross-functional teams through research, ideation, and delivery. You think in responsive, scalable systems rather than one-off solutions and have built or maintained multiple design systems. Your visual and interaction design skills are strong, including the creation of animations, transitions, and micro-interactions that feel polished and purposeful. You are comfortable owning projects from scoping through to shipping and pay close attention to details such as easing curves and data visualization. Proficiency with Figma, Webflow, Framer, and the Adobe Suite is essential, while familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress Gutenberg blocks is a plus. All collaboration happens in English.
