Pantheon Systems, Inc is looking for a Product Designer

Full Time Junior Hybrid Canada Product Interaction Patterns User Flows Wireframes Prototypes Figma Accessibility UX Research Design System Collaboration English Paid time off Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Equity compensation

At Pantheon, we are building the WebOps platform that empowers teams to create, test, and launch website changes with speed and reliability. We are deeply committed to putting the power of the internet into the hands of everyone, helping developers, IT professionals, and marketers build sites that drive real value. Our team thrives on values like trust, teamwork, and a customers-first mindset, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for creating intuitive digital experiences.

What is this role?

We are looking for a Junior Product Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based out of our Vancouver office, though we also welcome applicants from across Canada for remote work. In this role, you will help our users monitor the health of their websites by turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.

What will you do?

Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to design, test, and launch new features that improve site performance.
Conduct UX research to better understand our users and ensure our solutions meet their needs.
Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that maintain high standards of quality and consistency within our design system.

What makes you a great fit?

You should have 1 to 3 years of experience in UI or interaction design, ideally within a SaaS environment. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in Figma and has a strong grasp of interaction patterns. You should be familiar with accessibility guidelines and have a solid understanding of how to facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams. Proficiency in English is required, and a degree in a field like Human-Computer Interaction or Graphic Design is a plus.

What's in it for you?

We offer a base salary range of 53,000 to 68,000 CAD per year. Beyond compensation, we provide a supportive environment with the following benefits:

Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Paid time off to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Equity compensation to ensure you share in our collective success.
A dedicated learning budget and wellness programs to support your personal and professional growth.
The flexibility of a hybrid work model.
