What is this role?
We are looking for a Junior Product Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based out of our Vancouver office, though we also welcome applicants from across Canada for remote work. In this role, you will help our users monitor the health of their websites by turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.
What will you do?
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to design, test, and launch new features that improve site performance.
- Conduct UX research to better understand our users and ensure our solutions meet their needs.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that maintain high standards of quality and consistency within our design system.
What makes you a great fit?
You should have 1 to 3 years of experience in UI or interaction design, ideally within a SaaS environment. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in Figma and has a strong grasp of interaction patterns. You should be familiar with accessibility guidelines and have a solid understanding of how to facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams. Proficiency in English is required, and a degree in a field like Human-Computer Interaction or Graphic Design is a plus.
