We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who wants to shape the look, feel, and performance of portfolio sites used by thousands of customers. Our team blends product thinking with marketing and engineering to deliver interfaces that convert and delight, and we need someone who can guide that work from first sketch through live testing.
What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to design and refine UI and UX across our portfolio sites, ensuring every release meets high standards from wireframe to launch.
- Plan and run A/B tests that measure key performance indicators, then turn the results into clear interface improvements that increase engagement and conversions.
- Own the creation and upkeep of design systems, wireframes, and prototypes while guiding cross-functional teams through research, ideation, and delivery of new features.
What you'll bring
- Several years of hands-on experience as a product designer or in a closely related role, with a track record of shipping responsive, mobile-first interfaces at scale.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills, including the ability to craft animations, transitions, and micro-interactions that feel polished and purposeful.
- Proficiency with Figma, Webflow, Framer, and the Adobe Creative Suite, plus a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress Gutenberg blocks.
- Experience building and maintaining multiple design systems while paying close attention to details such as easing curves, data visualisation, and other finishing touches that elevate a product.
- Comfort leading teams through ambiguous early-stage work, scoping projects, and driving them to completion with clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
- Fluency in English.
What you'll get
Our hybrid work model gives you the flexibility to balance focused individual work with in-person collaboration when it matters most.
