The opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Product Designer to join our team in a hybrid capacity. Based in one of our hubs in San Francisco, New York City, or Seattle, you will play a pivotal role in our product development cycle. You will be embedded directly within a product team, working hand in hand with engineering and data science partners to define strategy and execute high-impact designs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in autonomous environments and enjoys the challenge of building sophisticated SaaS platforms that serve marketers, analysts, and developers.

A day in the life

• You will take full ownership of the design lifecycle for new features, guiding projects from their initial conceptual stage all the way through to final implementation.
• You will translate complex requirements into clear, effective interfaces by iterating on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• You will act as a bridge between disciplines, collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure our interface solutions are both beautiful and technically feasible within an agile environment.

Who you are

You are a design leader with 8 or more years of experience, specifically within the realm of SaaS platforms or data-centric software. You communicate fluently in English and possess a deep understanding of user-centered methodologies, information architecture, and interaction design. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, and you have a proven track record of leading complex projects with minimal oversight. Your toolkit includes proficiency in Figma and Jira, and you have the ability to articulate your design decisions to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
