Product Designer at Tennr

At Tennr, we are tackling the frustrating inefficiencies that plague the U.S. healthcare system. When patients are referred to specialists, they often face weeks of waiting due to manual, outdated processes that overwhelm medical offices. Our platform, powered by RaeLM, automatically reads and processes patient information to ensure referrals reach the right providers without unnecessary delays or denials. We are looking for someone who wants to make a tangible difference in how healthcare is delivered.

What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a foundational role where you will work directly with our co-founders to shape our product roadmap and solve complex design challenges. If you are an experienced designer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to own the end-to-end design process, this position is for you.

What will you do?

• Lead the entire design lifecycle for multiple project streams, taking projects from initial user research and discovery all the way through to development handoff and final analysis.
• Partner with our leadership team to define product strategy, prioritize our roadmap, and solve the most pressing problems facing our users.
• Actively contribute to and maintain our Design System while iterating on high-fidelity prototypes to ensure we deliver the highest quality experience to our customers.

What makes you a great fit?

You are a skilled communicator who can translate complex, ambiguous problems into clear and actionable design solutions. We value candidates who have at least 3 years of experience, preferably in high-growth startup environments, and who possess a sharp eye for visual detail. You should be comfortable working in English, highly organized, and capable of managing cross-functional stakeholders while maintaining a high standard of quality. Being adaptable is key, as you will need to navigate shifting priorities and tight deadlines with confidence.
