The role

We are seeking an ambitious, mid-level Product Designer to join our growing Product and Design team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this position, you will act as the primary designer for our clients, taking ownership of the entire product lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and deliver user-centered solutions that drive innovation and business success.

Core responsibilities

• Lead the creative process using design thinking methodologies to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Design intuitive, visually compelling digital interfaces while conducting usability testing to refine and validate your solutions.
• Partner with product managers and clients to define project requirements, prioritize deliverables, and communicate design concepts effectively.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Two to three years of experience in product design, with a strong background in UI and UX.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and PowerBI.
• A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and experience working within Agile development environments.
• A degree or equivalent self-initiated experience, such as bootcamps or personal projects.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
