Key outcomes

• Translate complex concepts into visual assets using storyboards, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Partner with engineering teams to navigate technical constraints and ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate features and refine the user experience.
• Maintain and evolve our company-wide design system by contributing new components and documentation.

Requirements

• A robust design background supported by a strong online portfolio.
• Deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and user experience principles.
• Proficiency in Figma and other modern prototyping tools.
• Experience conducting user research, specifically moderated usability testing.
• A mastery of responsive design, ensuring consistent performance across all device sizes.
• Proven ability to design for technically complex workflows and large-scale data environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead design reviews and provide clarity in ambiguous situations.
• A collaborative mindset and a positive approach to team problem-solving.
• Fluency in English.
