Product Designer at Forward Financing

We are currently looking for a talented Product Designer to join our remote-first team. What you'll be doing

• You will collaborate closely with product managers to deeply understand user needs and translate those insights into effective, user-centered features.
• You will manage the end-to-end design process, including sketching, wireframing, prototyping, and conducting user testing to ensure our platform is as functional as it is beautiful.
• You will maintain and evolve our design systems, ensuring that our component library remains practical and intuitive for all users across various screen sizes.

What you'll bring

We are looking for someone with a growth mindset who is comfortable taking ownership of design challenges. You should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience designing and shipping digital products, ideally as the primary designer on your projects.
• Advanced fluency in English and excellent storytelling skills to communicate your design vision to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including a deep understanding of design systems and high-fidelity prototyping.
• A foundational understanding of how web experiences are built using HTML and CSS.
• A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create clear, visually appealing web interfaces and interactive prototypes.
• A collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively alongside engineers and product managers while maintaining a low-ego approach to feedback.
