What you bring
We are searching for a Mid-Level Product Designer to join us as a contractor. This is a remote position available to candidates anywhere. You will focus on Product, UX, UI Design, Prototyping, Design Systems, and Visual Design to ensure our platform remains intuitive and engaging. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:
- Collaborating with our team to develop initial concepts, user flows, visual designs, and interactive prototypes.
- Maintaining and scaling our design system to ensure high-quality, consistent standards across all our products.
- Managing design projects through every phase, starting from initial strategy and moving through to final launch and optimization.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a creative and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in mobile UX and UI. You should be comfortable navigating the entire design process, from early exploration to final visual and motion design. We value individuals who approach complex design challenges with curiosity and strategic thinking. You must be able to communicate your design decisions with clarity and confidence while remaining open to constructive feedback. Excellent communication skills in English are essential, as you will be working closely with our team in a transparent, collaborative environment. While not strictly required, a degree or certification in design or a related field, along with experience in fintech, e-commerce, or payment products, would be a great asset.
