About the Role
We are hiring a Product Designer to join us on a full-time, fully remote basis. In this mid-level position you will own the complete design lifecycle for new product features, working side-by-side with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to turn customer insights into intuitive interfaces that raise the quality of our web application.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for product features, moving from initial concepts through user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to final implementation.
- Translate complex customer needs into clear information architecture and polished visual designs that improve navigation and usability across our platform.
- Partner with Engineering to provide detailed implementation guidance, ensuring every released feature meets high standards of quality and consistency.
Requirements
- At least three years of product or UI/UX design experience within B2B environments, ideally for web applications.
- Strong proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Photoshop, plus hands-on experience creating, maintaining, and working within design systems.
- Solid grasp of information architecture, prototyping, visual design principles, and user research methods; familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Upper-intermediate English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work proactively and independently, delivering results in a fast-paced setting while keeping customer needs at the center of every decision.
