We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team in Malta on a full-time, hybrid basis. You will play a key role in refining our portfolio sites by collaborating across our product, engineering, and marketing departments to elevate our user interface and experience throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, SEO, and content teams to enhance the UI and logical layout of our web pages.
- Refine interface elements and conversion points to validate design choices and boost user engagement.
- Design and optimize user flows to maximize conversion rates and improve click-through performance.
- Create wireframes and high-fidelity designs in Figma while ensuring UI/UX standards are maintained from development through to launch.
- Conduct quality assurance testing for new interface features and user experience improvements.
- Analyze existing portfolios to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Maintain consistent UI/UX best practices across all products.
- Plan and execute A/B tests to improve key performance indicators.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure a unified visual identity across our product suite.
Must-haves
- Proven professional experience as a Product Designer or in a similar capacity.
- A mobile-first mindset focused on building responsive, scalable design systems rather than isolated solutions.
- Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to lead teams through research, ideation, and the ambiguity of defining new features.
- Extensive experience in creating and managing comprehensive design systems.
- A track record of owning projects from initial scoping through to final shipping.
- A sharp eye for detail, including expertise in data visualization, easing functions, and the small touches that elevate a product.
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Webflow, Framer, and the Adobe Suite.
- Advanced visual and interaction design skills, including the ability to create animations and transitions.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress Gutenberg Blocks.
