Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United Kingdom. You will be a vital part of our product delivery squads, bringing your expertise in user experience and interaction design to help us build intuitive, high-impact tools that empower coaches and athletes worldwide.
Your impact
- Drive user research: You will lead continuous customer discovery, using research plans, market analysis, and behavioral insights to validate designs and ensure we are solving the right problems.
- Shape product experiences: You will own the full design lifecycle, from mapping user journeys and information architecture to creating high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes that simplify complex workflows.
- Collaborate for success: You will work closely with product managers and engineers to maintain a robust design system, ensuring that our solutions are technically feasible, accessible, and aligned with our brand standards.
What you'll need
- Proven experience delivering multiple product design projects through to production.
- Advanced knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices for research and strategy.
- Strong technical proficiency with web and native UI frameworks like React or QT.
- Experience in data visualization design to help users interpret complex performance metrics.
- A solid grasp of accessibility standards and UI patterns across desktop, web, and mobile platforms.
- Practical experience working within Agile software development environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, lead design reviews, and present concepts to stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
