What you bring

As a Senior Product Designer in this full-time, remote role, you will tackle complex design challenges to create elegant, indispensable features for our users. You will work across a variety of platforms, including macOS, iOS, and Windows, to ensure our browser remains intuitive and impactful. This position is open to candidates located throughout the Americas, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, and across the Caribbean and Central America. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Exploring novel concepts through rapid prototyping and explorative design work.
• Partnering closely with engineers to bring your designs from initial concept to final production.
• Actively participating in design critiques by providing and seeking constructive feedback to elevate the quality of our work.

Requirements

We are looking for a designer with deep expertise in crafting visually stunning interfaces for web, mobile, or desktop applications. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where iteration is key. We value candidates who are self-directed, have a strong bias for action, and enjoy collaborating openly with others. You must be fluent in English and available to collaborate with our team during our core hours of 11am to 2pm ET daily. A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and previous work is required for this application.

What we offer

We believe in flexibility and offer a compensation model that allows you to balance salary and equity in a way that fits your life. The annual salary range for this position is $150,000 to $220,000 USD, with the final offer based on your experience and interview performance. Our benefits package includes:
